As a member of Women in Adult and Vocational Education (WAVE) Inc you get a supportive network, a voice, and a distinctive place in the women's movement.
When you join WAVE you link up with sociable, likeminded women in your state or region. Local activities vary depending on opportunities and energy levels, but can include discussions, forums, conferences, celebrations, and information of the printed or emailed kind.
As a WAVE member you're part of a national feminist network that advocates on behalf of women in vocational and adult education. Your membership lends strength to that advocacy. You'll be consulted as much as possible about the positions we take on key issues.
You'll get access to information that flows to us from peak bodies we belong to as part of the women's movement in Australia and internationally. You'll get newsletters and a copy of our annual publication Converse. For any questions please email
